Harvest index (difference with AquaCrop V6)

I am noticing differences in the calculated harvest index (and thus also the yield, calculated biomass is very similar) between AquaCrop-OSP and AquaCrop V6. I think this is related with the water stress factor but am not able to understand where it is going wrong.
For modeling I used: Brussels (1976) climate, sugar beet crop parameters (see below for specification in python), sandy loam soil. The harvest index modelled by AquaCrop-OSP at DAP 142 is 78, whereas this is 83 in AquaCrop V6.

Found the issue:
in solutions.py on line 4065 it states if tmax2==0 this should bet if tmax2>0
